Boutte caught both of his targets for 49 yards (including a 42-yard TD) in Saturday's preseason contest against the Packers.
Analysis: Per Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site, Boutte turned in a strong showing during joint practices with Green Bay ahead of the contest. Boutte had a strong practice Wednesday, including his first catch from quarterback Mac Jones in full-team drills, Mark Daniels of The Springfield Republican reports.
Analysis: The rookie sixth-round pick reportedly did well in 1-on-1 drills and then got his first action of the summer with the first-team offense.
